Our second award goes to a member of the public who was following the skyline walk and noticed that Sham Castle had been left open to passers-by and had accumulated a lot of rubbish. Although he continued his walk that day, he went back the next day with a sack and a camera, cleared up the rubbish and sent us the photographs.
We thought that public spirited action deserves a bouquet. Thank you sir: you know who you are.
