Application Details

Newark Works (Dyson application)

Dyson's planning applications on the Newark Works site were withdrawn rather than being subject to a Public Inquiry.  Details of the scheme can be found by using the menu on the left.

Oldfield Park

Planning permission was granted to demolish 43 Upper Oldfield Park and construct a set of 14 flats in the grounds thus emptied, and we are waiting for work to start.  Details of the scheme can be found by using the menu on the left.

Sydney Road

Somewhat confusingly named Waterside Court in the planning application, but with no connection with the student accommodation of the same name on the lower Bristol Road, this was a scheme for extending the Bath Orthodontics building on Sydney Road beside the canal.  This application was withdrawn, but so was an earlier scheme on the same site, so it is possible that there might eventually be a third attempt.  Details of the scheme can be found by using the menu on the left.
