Rush Hill.
Rush Hill is on Map 4b, and is named on that map, though not very clearly. It is on the the south side between the junctions with Upper Bloomfield Road and Englishcombe Road. Strictly speaking, Rush Hill is a separately named part of Frome Road, but the street directories list it as a street address, so I have too. Rush Hill also contains its own named terraces: see also: Belle Vue Cottages; Clifton View; Fairview Cottages; Gladstone Place; Harden Place.
Rush Hill also contains named terraces not listed by the City Engineer: Bath View; Gwendoline Cottages.
