Richmond Lane.
Richmond Lane is on Map 1c, and is shown but not named on that map. Richmond Lane is the zig-zag road running between Richmond Hill and Richmond Place. Richmond Lane contains no addresses of its own, but contains named terraces: see also Farleigh View; Mount Beacon Place; Mount Beacon Row; Mount View.
The City Engineer's Report lists Farleigh View as part of Richmond Lane, when strictly speaking it should be listed as part of Mount Beacon Row. The City Engineer lists Mount Beacon Row twice: once as free-standing addresses; and once as part of Richmond Lane. Neither entry mentions Farleigh View though.
