George Street (City)
George Street is on Map 2c, and is named on the map. George Street runs from the end of Broad Street to Gay Street (alongside Number 31), although on the map it is only named to the west of the Milsom Street junction. Along with addresses showing George Street itself, the road contains named terraces: see also Edgar Buildings, York Buildings.
The City Engineer lists all of George Street as "Historic Buildings" except Numbers 6 and 7. I can find no apparent reason for these exceptions, which I believe to be wrong.
