Belle Vue Road.
Belle Vue Road is listed in the City Engineer's report showing damage to a single lock-up shop. I have been unable to confirm such an address in the street directories of the time, so I cannot identify for certain where this shop used to be.
My best guess is that Belle Vue Road is a misprint for Belle View Place. According to the
1937 street directory, Albert Chittem of Number 1 Belle View place was in the boot and shoe trade.
